City of Lior is said to be the property of the Mars Republic, but in truth, the Vanguard Corporation owns everything and eveyone that lives in this city. Unlike any city on Mars, this city is a fortress, guarded by the Vanguard elite, and is the cleanest and most organized city. The City of Lior is also an underground city, with only a few building above ground. This city was first built as a reasearch outpost for the Vanguard Corporation, but once earth was destroyed, the Vanguard Corporation moved all their assets and stocks into this city, turning it into a 'hive' like city. The only way into this city is to be apart of the Vanguard Corporation and have key cards and passwords to enter and exit the buildings.
