East City is owned by both the Mars Republic and the Vanguard corporation. It is the factory city of Mars, and anyone who controls this city, controls all the power plants for mars and all the production factors for the planet. This city was built soon after earth was destroyed, and was where all the middle class and low class civilians were forced to live and work. This city is slowly dying due to illness and homeless people running around spreading the virus. Unlike the other three cities, this city has no wall to protect it from invading vampires. So Vanguard hunters make it a key area to hunt down the infected.
