Information: Formed soon after the war between Vampires and Humans broke out. Some humans feared that the Vanguard would destroy them, and use the humans as bait against the vampires. So some humans left the safely of the cities and are now hiding underground. They are slowly helping the vampires destroy the Vanguard, but with hopes that the vampires will stop once Vanguard is gone. The Rebels do not work with the vampires, but do manipulate them into doing things they want or need done. Also, the Rebel Group isn't very organized and is classified as a anarchy type government yet they do have a leader.
